This site will allow you to establish a personalized account to perform activities. To create a personalized account, you must provide some personal data, including your name and email address. We will use the information you submit to maintain your account, to automatically complete other forms on the Site, and otherwise as described in our Privacy Policy.

By clicking the I AGREE button and/or submitting your proposal, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• You are confirming that you have reviewed and agree and understand the Privacy Policy, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of using this program or otherwise as consented.
• The company does not solicit suggestions, and all submissions or disclosures of ideas are voluntary on the part of the submitter. No confidential relationship is established or implied by the company's acceptance or consideration of the submitted material.
• All suggestions will be submitted in writing and the company shall have the right to retain any material submitted to it in connection with the suggestion.
• Ideas that are not covered by a patent shall be considered by the company only with the understanding that the use to be made of such ideas and the compensation, if any, are matters resting solely in the discretion of the company.
• Patented ideas shall be considered only with the understanding that the submitter agrees to rely for his protection wholly on such rights as he may have under the patent laws. Pending applications for a patent are to be treated in the same manner as ideas not covered by a patent, as described in bullet 4, above, unless and until a patent issues.
• The company shall not be obligated to give reasons for its decision or to reveal its past or present activities relating to the submitted idea. Negotiating or offering to purchase an idea will not prejudice the company nor be deemed an admission of the novelty, priority or originality of the idea.
• The submitter represents and warrants to the company that, except as noted herein, the material disclosed is wholly original with the submitter; that no interest has been granted to or acquired by others.
• Please note that should your idea be approved for funding, the company does not provide indemnification or warranties for products provided as part of the funding grant. Nor does the company provide insurance coverage in connection with research funding agreements. Should you or your institution be unable to agree to such terms, the company would be unable to support your study.
